Members of TCJ can pay for a subscription to use of the ball machine stored on court 1 in the tennis hall of TCJ.

Usage is according to the following rules:
 

1. If you want to use the ball machine, you need to reach out to the secretary to get a subscription: contact.tennisjunglinster@gmail.com.
    

2. The subscription is valid for the entirety of one season, with the season always ending on August 31.
   The price of the yearly subscription is 50€ and needs to be paid either via bank transfer or Wero.
   With the subscription you can use the ball machine as often as you want.
    

3. The ball machine is secured with a smart number lock. Once the subscription is validated, you
   will receive your personal code, with which you can unlock the machine. The detailed
   instructions for unlocking are at the end of this document and in the hall next to the machine.
    

4. Tennis balls are included in the subscription. TCJ will replace the balls once they are end-of-
   life.
    

5. The machine can only be used in the tennis hall, not on the outdoor courts. You need a valid
   booking for the court to be able to use the ball machine. However, there is no booking system
   for the machine itself. In the unlikely event of two members wanting to use the ball machine
   at the same time, the principle of first come, first served applies.
    

6. Use of the ball machine is entirely at your own risk. TCJ assumes no liability whatsoever. Please
   read the official instruction manual of the machine carefully (below or printed
   at the machine).
    

7. We count on a responsible usage of the machine by every subscriber. This includes: usage only
   according to the instruction manual; leaving the machine properly locked and the balls stowedin the designated location.
